　　On October 17, a seminar on the operation mechanism of Hunan Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Innovation and Research Center (hereinafter referred to as "R&D Center") was held at the headquarters of CUMC in Changsha. 　　　　Director Gong Xin put forward three specific requirements on R&D center development orientation, operation mechanism, platform construction, etc.: First, the R&D center should be based in Hunan, facing the whole country, making full use of advantages and resources of all parties, and jointly building the center management team; second, it should be benchmarked against the national first-class R&D center operation mechanism, and establish independent financial system and standards; third, it should integrate the resources of provincial universities, build the R&D laboratory platform community, and further strengthen the R&D center resource base. Further consolidate the resource base of R&D center. He said that the Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will join hands with the Provincial Department of Finance to increase support for the construction and operation of the R&D center and help the R&D center develop faster and better. We hope that CUAC will earnestly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 20th Party Congress on the work of "three rural areas", anchor on the strategic positioning and mission of "three high and four new", and play an important role in the construction of Hunan Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Innovation and Research Center.
